The Service Ticket API lets corporate customers administrate service tickets from their own systems, reducing the time and cost spent on data management and improving data quality. You may report service tickets on all fixed and mobile services delivered by Telenor.

Using our vendor APIs you can develop solutions for resale to customers, letting them manage services from Telenor in their own systems. Access to Telenor Min Bedrift
Telenor Min Bedrift is Telenor’s self-service portal, where you can order this API.
For access to Telenor Min Bedrift, your company needs an account in Min Bedrift.
If your company has an account, an administrator can log in to your company account.
If your company does not have an account, you can create an account here: https://www.telenor.no/bedrift/minbedrift/beta/new-agreement-app.html#!/
Only Superadministrators and API Administrator can order APIs. In Min Bedrift, the Superadministrator may assign the API Administrator role to those who are to order APIs.
The API Administrator needs full access to mobile subscriptions – not only access to read.
Order Pilot APIs in Min Bedrift
When you have logged in to Min Bedrift with a user with API administration rights, follow these steps to order the API:
In top menu, choose APIs, or click on the APIs tile
Click the button New Pilot Application, and choose area of usage (Corporate, Partner or End-User. To create the application, select the relevant API(s), and follow the steps to configure the application and get the app credentials. Click Order.
For corporate applications: Configure system user in Min Bedrift
The system user ensures that the right data flows between Telenor and your application. You must set the contact details for the person who is to receive the password for the system user, and also what part of your organization the application shall have access to via API (Company and Account). The username and password for the system user are, in addition to the application’s Client ID and Client Secret, a part of the secure log-on process towards Telenor from your application.
For partner solutions: Get data flow with Connect Product
For partner solutions, a Connect Product with a related system user ensures that the right data flows between Telenor and your application. All customers using your solution will need to order/activate the connect product associated with your application.
Please contact us for information on how to create a connect product for your solution.
For partners in development or test phase, Telenor offers a Connect Product for development purposes; “Connect Vendor Test”. The Connect product may be ordered in Min Bedrift: “Min Bedrift -> Avtaler -> Services from 3rd parties”. Contact us for more information.
After ordering the Connect Product in Min Bedrift, the related system user is configured.

You can now find your application in the API overview in Min Bedrift. Here, you will find the username and password for the System user (password will be sent by SMS). The application credentials (Client ID and Client Secret) are found on the developer portal. For Corporate APIs, you will need both sets of credentials to be able to utilize the API. Partners will need the Client ID and Client Secret, and the system user credentials for the Connect Product used in the pilot phase.
On the developer portal, you will find an overview of your company’s applications. You may also add developers to the respective applications by navigating to the tab Users and Roles and Add developer. The developers do not need a Min Bedrift admin user.
Please note that all the APIs, even for pilot applications, are live in production. This means that for instance orders sent via the APIs when testing will be placed in production environment. We do not recommend using personal mobile subscriptions for testing the APIs. Please order a few subscriptions with a small amount of data for testing purposes. To reduce costs, you should test orders of the smallest data packages and subscriptions.
Pilot is done, you are ready for production
When your development and piloting phase is done and you are ready for production with your application, log in to Min Bedrift and navigate to your pilot application. Click the Verify pilot application button.
Our API Expert Team will come back to you as soon as possible for next steps to verify your application and upgrade your API access from pilot to production version. With the production version, you will get a new set of API credentials. The pilot credentials will still be valid and may be used for further development and/or testing purposes.
After the API Expert Team has contacted you and the integration is verified by Telenor, you will get an e-mail saying your pilot application is ready for production.
Please follow these steps:
Go to Min Bedrift
Find your production application (next to your pilot application)
For Corporate applications: Configure the production system user in Min Bedrift, and choose which company and account(s) the application shall have access to
For Partner solutions: Configure the system user for the correct Connect Product in Min Bedrift, and choose which company and account(s) the application shall have access to
Find the new ClientID and Client Secret on the developer portal
Update your application with the new system user username/password and ClientID and Client Secret
You are now ready for production!

See available integrations under the tab Partners on the API you need. If a partner solution finds your interest, you may order the Connect Product from Telenor that belongs to the partner solution when you are ready to take the partner application info use.
How to order a Connect Product:
Log in to Min Bedrift
Choose «Agreements», «Services from 3rd parties» and «Add new agreement product»
Order the Connect Product from the partner in question, and choose which accounts to administer
Configure the system user, and send username/password to your developer or the administrator configuring the partner solution on your behalf
The username/password is used in the partner solution to get the correct data via the API. Please consult your partner on how to configure the solution.
